I have never written to a company before to praise them for their products but I have to let you know I am so impressed with your Restore-A-Floor product. It works unbelievably. I had bought countless hardwood floor polishes, but none of them worked. We were so close to having the whole floor redone and restained professionally. Then, I came across you ad in a magazine. I just had to write and tell you how wonderful your product, Restore-A-Floor Miracle Restorer & Finish, is. I have a 14-year old kitchen floor. No matter what I did or used, it still looked years old. After following your instructions, I was surprised how new it looked . . . It's still wonderful and I'm so happy. Not too many outside of the large mail order houses take orders on Sunday and not many people at home place those orders. Your gracious hospitality is most refreshing, particularly since you committed to send product even before the check was received. What a refreshing way to treat customers.
